    We do size exchanges! Read the process below:

    Defective item? Message us on Instagram with the pictures showing the defect, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority 💕

    Size Exchange Condition:

    • You have only 2 days from the date of delivery to apply for an exchange
    • Product should be in an original & perfect condition, tags should be intact, shouldn't be worn.
    • All Delivery charges will be borne by the customer
    • Refund or Exchange end-to-end process may take an estimated 7-10 working days
    • Article can only be exchange with the same product received.

    Note: Please make sure that the item being exchanged is in new, tagged, and odorless condition. If the item is not in this condition, we will not be able to process the exchange and the item will be shipped back to you.
